Custom Timber Products

Custom designed transport boxes and open crates can be made exactly to your specifications. They are designed both to protect your goods during transport and allow for you to transport greater quantities for substantial savings in road and sea shipping costs.

We supply standard size pallets and can also custom design quality pallets/skids that are tailor-made for your items, whether it’s one object or a large volume. All our pallets are of superior quality construction, are certified for ISPM15 Export, and we build them with rapid turnaround.

DGW Wood Products' timber frames are designed to protect your goods and save you money on transport costs. With custom designed timber frames, you are able to load the optimum number of products per shipment (by road, rail, air or sea) compared to what a standard-sized pallet would allow. All timber is certified for ISPM15 Export.

We offer hardwood and treated pine decking timber for all of your decking and other outdoor construction and renovation needs. Our treated pine carries the appropriate treatments and ratings to ensure that it will last even with our country’s extreme weather.

DGW Wood Products can provide the highest quality timber fencing products. We have a wealth of knowledge and expertise on fencing timbers of all shapes and sizes. This allows us to design, manufacture and supply fencing timbers to suit both domestic feature fencing and large scale rural fencing for horses and other large animals.

We manufacture a wide range of quality hardwood and treated pine pegs and stakes suitable for commercial or residential use. A large range of sizes making them ideal for all uses for concreters, surveyors and landscapers.

Hire Truck with Driver

We now have a number of trucks on site which we use for timber deliveries. These trucks are also available for hire with a driver. If you have a large load you need to transport, give us a call and book one of our trucks.

  • Design: Show us the product you need to transport, and our experienced carpenters will design a custom cradle or frame to hold it safe and secure for transport.
  • Manufacture: In our Hunter Valley warehouse, we custom build transport frames, timber crates, boxes and pallets to meet the specifications of each shipment. We also offer standard-sized crates, boxes and pallets.
  • Delivery to your site: Once the pallets, transport, frames or boxes are built, we can transport them to your business—ready for loading and transport.
